What is your typical turnaround time?
Full photo galleries are delivered in 5-7 business days. Expedited photo delivery is available: full gallery within 24 hours (+$250) or 48 hours (+$150), or 10-15 edited highlights within 24 hours (+$100). Video projects typically take 7-14 days depending on complexity.
Do you provide both photos and video?
Yes! We offer integrated packages or standalone services. Our team can capture both simultaneously without compromise.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area and cover all locations from San Francisco to San Jose, including Oakland, Peninsula, and South Bay.
Can we get raw files?
Edited, color-graded finals are included. Raw files are available for an additional fee and come with a perpetual license.
What equipment do you use?
We shoot on professional full-frame mirrorless cameras with cinema lenses, stabilizers, and broadcast-quality audio. Lighting and backup gear on every shoot.
